After completing studies in international business and communication, Lea began her career as an event planner in the chemical industry in her native France, before moving on to rescuing animals on behalf of the Fondation Brigitte Bardot.
After moving to the UK and joining Efret in 2017 as a Freight Organiser, she then went on to gain further logistics experience by progressing through several operational roles, including Fleet Assistant and Key Account Manager for Efret’s largest automotive customer.
Gaining a broad experience of European transport enabled her next step into the business development team. This move further strengthened an in-depth knowledge of customer and carrier relationships through the challenges of freight forwarding.
After a short period at an international transport haulier acquiring more knowledge on transport planning, Lea returned to Efret early in 2023 as Commercial Manager. She currently focuses on understanding and developing the needs of the existing customers in her portfolio, but also developing new business opportunities.
