Efret’s Efast European express service provides dedicated vehicle solutions when failing to deliver is not an option.
Our network of smaller freight vehicles, from vans to 7.5-tonne trucks, provides unrivalled flexibility for express, 24 hour and time critical movements.
What they lack in physical size, these vehicles make up for in payload capacity, fuel efficiency and CO2 benefits.
Importantly, they are permitted to operate normally during weekend commercial vehicle restrictions in some countries such as France and Germany.
We can provide double driver team options for long range express shipments. Two drivers offer the benefit of increased range of direct deliveries from 15 hours duty time to 21 hours before a mandatory break has to be taken.
Why choose Efast?

- Specialists at time sensitive, critical deliveries
- Operation underpinned by best-in-class software and technology
- 24/7 GPS tracking with full client visibility
- Vital supply chain partners for some of the world’s leading brands
What are the benefits of Efast?
European flexibility:
Sunday Driving: Most heavy goods vehicles over 7.5-tonnes are banned from French and German roads and motorways every weekend between 10 pm Saturday and 10 pm on Sunday. The flexibility of vans and 7.5-tonne trucks enables uninterrupted cross border freight movements over these periods.
Payload capacity:
Generous payload: From sprinter vans that can carry 5 euro-pallets at between 800 kgs to 1100* kgs through to our 7.5-tonne trucks that can carry 19 euro-pallets at 2000 kgs.
*Varies subject to individual model specification
Accessibility:
Agile deliveries: Despite their large cargo capacity, these trucks are small enough to maintain agility and ease of maneuverability, especially useful for deliveries in congested urban environments.
Fuel efficiency:
Fuel economy: These trucks have smaller engines and therefore use less fuel. They are also designed to operate at lower revs, resulting in optimal fuel economy and a reduction in operating costs.
Lower CO2 emissions:
Emission reduction: 7.5-tonne trucks contribute to lower CO2 emissions compared to heavier vehicles. Their efficient engines and lightweight design play a role in environmental sustainability.
Many of our customers are recognising the advantages of these vehicles and relying on them as part of their supply chain operations. For example, the ecommerce giant, Amazon, depends on their flexibility and efficiency to play a major part in their Relay scheme, adapting to the seasonal and peak demands of the retail industry.
